we talked about this in my Latin@ Sexualities class… I’m happy that someone on this show said something, especially Naya’s character, but I feel like they just did that to justify what they’ve been doing all along with essentializing their characters’ identities. They’re just going to keep doing the same shit for the rest of this god-awful show’s existence. And to be perfectly honest, they had a little too much fun poking around with Hispanic/Latino stereotypes. fuck Glee.
